Everything About Traffic Exchange Engines

Surfing Traffic exchange engines is one of my favorite internet marketing method to drive traffic to my website and blog every day. Like any other method surfing for credits had its own advantages and disadvantages. This article will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of traffic exchange engines.

Advantages:

1. Traffic exchanges are free to join, meaning, everyone can use them without thinking on their budget. All traffic exchanges have the upgrade option, if you can afford it, it is much recommended. The upgrade option will earn you more credits per page you surf and extra bonuses.

This means traffic exchanges are also free to use. When you register, you add the link you want to promote and then you start clicking, the worth of one page view is changing from one engine to another and varies from 0.3 credit to one credit or more.

2. Traffic exchanges are very easy to use. The first step is to register, then you add your links to promote to others. Now you start clicking and surfing for credits. After each click, wait for the timer to go off and then click again.

3. Earn bonuses, and more bonuses. Each traffic exchange engine has its own way to give more to those who surf it. You need to pay extra careful when surfing and look for the extra bonuses that come up every few pages.

4. The more website you surf the more exposure you get. More clicks means more credits, there are also bonuses to those who surf more. After earning your credits, go to your member area and assign them to your links, to make you links available for others to see.

5. Surfing for credits on traffic exchanges is the best method to use when you are lacking the inspiration or motivation to do any internet marketing work. Open a few traffic engines in tabs and surf them simultaneously while watching TV, sitting with your legs up, and relaxing.

6. It doesn’t take long to surf 50 or 100 pages; it takes about 30 minutes to one hour. If you surf 5 or more websites simultaneously on different tabs, you can earn enough credits to promote your website that day.

7. You can earn extra credits by referring new members to the traffic exchange. Some engines will reword you with credits when referring a new member and you also earn credits when your downline is surfing for credits, this way you earn credits the passive way.

Disadvantages:

1. The conversion rates of traffic exchange engines is very small, you need to test your results and change your promotions to get better results with time.

2. It is better to use traffic exchange engines to build your list and send prospects to your sign up form to your newsletter by showing a squeeze page on the traffic exchange. You will get best results if your promote a squeeze page and not an affiliate link or a link to selling products.

3. Like many other programs traffic exchanges are free for the basic suite. For better results it is best to upgrade your account and earn more credits and more exposure.

An upgraded account is offering more links in the rotation, more banners and text links in the rotations, more credits per click, and more higher value to the bonuses earned.

4. Many people make money online using only traffic exchanges, however, if this is not your main marketing method, you should use other marketing methods too, and limit the time you spend surfing for credits.

5. Like you many other internet marketers are using traffic exchanges to build their lists and promote affiliate links. You may found some very good offers while surfing the engines, but you must beware and stay focused, or you will find yourself joining too many newsletters with no information, and too many affiliate programs, that you need to promote too.

Staying focused will help you surfing for one purpose, earning credits to promote your own links.

Surfing for credits is a free, fun and easy way to advertise and promote your website and links.

Web Hosting, Domains, Traffic, Online Business

While the devil is in the details as the old saying goes, every Internet business developer knows that webhosting, a domain name, and web traffic are essential for online business.

Fortunately, these days quality webhosting and domain name registration are available at very reasonable cost. While it is extremely important to chose a web hosting firm that will be around for the long haul and that offers web hosting services that are very close to 100% reliable, it is no longer necessary to pay big bucks each month for quality service.

There are quite a number of firms that offer shared server accounts that offer unlimited hosting accounts for as little as $10 a month. That is a tremendous savings over the rates of a few years ago where you would have expected to pay around $25 a month per domain.

This is not stripped down service either. For your $10 a month you get full featured and easy to use control panels that even a compete novice will quickly learn to use.

There is another happy story when it comes to domain names. A little searching on the Internet will turn up a good number of domain registration firms that sale domain names for as little as $5.00 to $10.00 a year. When looking to purchase a domain name one should consider the ease of use of the management console.

If at all in doubt purchase just one name to get started and check out the back office before purchasing another. Some firms have much better organized management tools compared to others so a little caution can save you time and trouble later on.

Traffic is the third and probably most misunderstood essential. The quality of traffic can very tremendously. Your traffic must be quality traffic comprised of folks that are actually looking for whatever it is that you are marketing. Traffic that comes from traffic exchanges, or traffic brokers is usually not quality traffic.

Traffic that is generated by “freebies” and incentives is not usually going to be quality traffic. A lot of traffic and no sales is an extremely frustrating and losing proposition.

Quality traffic comes from having good information on your web pages. Content is truly KING but it must be content that offers useful information to those who visit your web pages. If you have quality on topic information and use on topic key words wisely within your content traffic will develop.

However, you must be prepared for a long term effort to develop a successful web business. It takes time for the search engines to index your important pages and you must always be working to improve your content and pages. Search engines do not favor “dead” web pages so fresh content is important.

There really is no such thing as legal fast money on the Internet. You must have quality webhosting, your own domain name, quality traffic, and orginal content to make a go of it. Again, I stress that quality traffic means a flow of folks who have an interest in your products and/or services, not just a traffic count that may be high but is composed of only causal surfers looking for freebies.

A relatively small number of folks who will purchase your items provided your website makes a clear presentation as to why you offer a solution to their problem, and who trust your site to be an honest one, is far more likely to produce a successful business than if you bring loads of untargeted traffic to your web site.

You can generate such traffic by using PPC advertising and by having quality content on your website.

Making a good living from an online business is not easy as some less than honest Internet “experts” proclaim but developing a niche market and serving that market well can be very profitable and worth the effort.

Traffic Exchanges-how I Got 2000 Hits in 24 Hours

Have you heard the news? Traffic Exchanges are crap. That was what I was told and believed until recently. What made me change my mind you may be asking yourself, Well hold on to your hat because what I’m about to reveal to you will change your mind about using Traffic Exchanges forever.

For the purpose of this article I’m going to assume that

A)You know what a Traffic Exchange is

B)You have used them before without much success

If you don’t know what a Traffic Exchange is then please read the information in the resource box at the bottom of this article. Now that we have got that out of the way, I can get right into the meaty stuff that you want to know more about. When I first started out in Affiliate Marketing, I was immediately drawn towards using Traffic Exchanges because of what they offered, which is…

1) A quick way to build your downline

2)Direct traffic to any web site you want,

3)Free to low advertising cost

As you can see just these 3 benefits alone makes it easy to understand why people like you and me would want to use them. When I look back, I actually didn’t do to badly on my first attempt of using Traffic Exchanges, but I did make  basic mistakes which I want you to avoid. Sign up to any Traffic Exchange and one of the first things that they advise you to do is to join their recommended Traffic Exchange services.

You should do this, but don’t try to sign up to all of them in one go, just join a couple of them everyday. This was the first mistake that I made, trying to do to much to quickly. Another thing that I would advise you to do before you start joining traffic exchanges is to get a page rotator.

A page rotator is the secret to you getting thousands of hits to any web page that you want in a matter of days. I had used one before, but not in the way that I’m about to show you now. Let me explain my old method and new method to you step by step starting with the old.

1)got page rotator

2)joined traffic exchanges

3)put traffic exchanges affiliate links into page rotator

4)put rotator URL in all traffic exchanges that I joined

 5)start surfing for page credits

Now lets look at the new method

1)got page rotator

2)joined traffic exchanges

3)put traffic exchanges affiliate links into page rotator

4)put rotator URL in all traffic exchanges that I joined

5)start surfing for page credits

Yeah I know both methods appear to be exactly the same, and they are but with slight changes. The first and most important change that I made was to track and test my results from all of the Traffic Exchanges that I joined. I cannot stress how important it is that you do this.Tracking and testing your results will enable you to weed out the poorly performing Traffic Exchanges.

You Can Get This For Free

I personally use Goggle Analytics for all of my tracking and testing which is a free tool provided by Google. I now know where all of my traffic is coming from, and from which country, city etc. Having this information at my finger tips makes it easy for me to know which Traffic Exchange is worth up-grading and buying traffic credits from.

The second change that I made was to stay up to date regarding all news concerning Traffic Exchanges, which is simple for you to do, just sign up to Traffic Hoopla.com and you will gain access providing that you upgrade to an in depth regularly up-dated report about the best Traffic Exchanges for you to join. Another website that I recommend that you join is Affiliate Funnel.com. What’s really cool about this web site is that you can get information about all the best Traffic Exchanges from the point of view of people that use them on a regular basis.

Have you got your own web site?

Having your own web site is not really that important when using Traffic Exchanges, You will find that most of the people that use them simply promote free affiliate web pages.Personally speaking I prefer to have my own domain name and web site because I want to brand myself as the expert in my chosen subject and not someone else.

One thing that I’ve noticed is that web sites about traffic generation and list building or building your down lines, tend to get much better results than any other type of website. This is where I have made my third change, by making sure that my rotator is 70% weighted with traffic and down line building affiliate web sites. The other 30% is used to promote my own web site and favourite affiliate programs.

Conclusion

Using a rotator will definitely enable you to get much better results in the Traffic Exchanges,I have no doubt about this. But the rotator will not magically turn water into wine, or in your case turn pennies into pounds or 1000′s of dollars. You must test and track all of your result before seeing any significant improvement in your online earnings, this is not a difficult thing to do and I urge you to get started today.
